The club held their Special Puppy, Young Handler and Novice Test on Saturday 7th June by kind invitation of Mr Charles and Henry Watt and Graham Thompson at the beautiful Thickthorn estate. Our judges were Karen Hurst, who judged the special puppies and young handlers. Jo Rollinson, Peter Hurst and Aaron Wright judged the Novice Test. Our Chief Steward was Jennie Willimott. Fortunately we didnt get the thunder and lightening, just a little rain now and then. A huge Thank You go to the judges and helpers giving up their time so that many of us can run our dogs. The dummy throwers had a very good work out as there was an entry of 60 competitors. Gitte who always provides us with some amazing catering, Julie Hughes for all the administration work, taking he entries and producing the running cards, not forgetting our wonderfully hard working Chairman, Ian Crompton. Skinners who sponsor us year in and year out, we are all so lucky.
